Luna Publishing Consulting is a woman-owned publishing launch and brand consultancy based in Arizona, built for authors who have finished their manuscript and are ready to do the next part well.
We specialize in everything that happens after the writing is done — interior formatting, cover design, author branding, publishing setup, and launch strategy. We are not editors, and we are not a traditional publisher. We are the expert partner who makes sure your book looks professional, reaches the right readers, and enters the world with intention.
Every author who works with us retains full rights to their work. We handle the production and strategy. The book is always yours.

Deidra Luna, Owner
Deidra Luna founded Luna Publishing Consulting with a simple conviction: that independent authors deserve the same quality of production and strategy that traditional publishing provides — without giving up their rights or their creative control to get it.
Deidra holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University. That background shapes how she runs engagements — with clear scope, honest timelines, and no surprises on pricing. She has also lived the author experience herself, publishing poetry under the pen name D. Lisette, which means she understands what it feels like to have a finished manuscript and not know what comes next.
